Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Withcomments Walk-In Tubs ("we" or "us") handles information when you visit withcomments.world, phone the number listed on this website, or send in a form. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Details You Give Us

When you call or fill out a form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, location and a short description of your bathroom project. We may keep that information.

Details Collected Automatically

Your visit can also pass some information to us on its own. This may include your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the pages you open and the time of your visit. Calls to the number on this website may be tracked. Some calls may be recorded for quality and billing purposes.

Why We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to:

• Match you with an independent local provider of walk-in tubs or showers
• Pass your request to that provider so they can contact you
• Reply to your questions and messages
• Understand how people use this website and our phone lines
• Make the website and our service better
• Follow the law and guard against fraud or misuse

Who Receives Your Information

Withcomments Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and project notes to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can follow up. Those businesses are separate from us. Each has its own privacy practices.

Companies that help run the website and phone lines, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking vendors, may receive some information too. We may also release information when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws treat sharing data with marketing partners as a "sale" or "share." If you live where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out.

Please Keep Health Details Short

Do not send medical records or detailed health information. A brief note about what makes bathing hard is enough for a provider to prepare for a visit.

Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar tools to learn how visitors use it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. If you turn them off, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete your personal information. You may also be able to opt out of certain sharing. Send your request to contact@withcomments.world. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Safeguards and How Long We Keep Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as the purposes above or legal duties require.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
